Company benefits and flexible working

Health insurance, online GP access, and flexible working hours to support your wellbeing and work-life balance

Free healthcare, available when you need it

Everyone at Juno gets fully-funded private healthcare cover from Vitality. Pre-existing conditions are covered, and you also get free access to online same-day GPs, plus activity-based discounts and other perks.

We also provide free access to Spill, an online provider of remote therapy and mental health advice. So you can get the care you need, when you need it.

Flexible working at Juno

More than 60% of people at Juno have flexible working hours, and 30% work part-time (typically four days a week). Flexible working patterns include early starts, breaks during the day, and early evening working after a break for school pickups or bath time.

Laura in Team Merlin starts her day early to be available for school pickup; Kevin in Team Hera can be present for his family in the afternoon without the pressure of commuting; and Pauline can balance childcare and conveyancing, working four days every week.

Each person’s needs are unique, and we aim to build teams with a mixture of working patterns which are mutually supportive.

Everyone is an owner

Once you’ve joined us at Juno and passed your probationary period, then you’re eligible to receive Growth Shares, which are a tax efficient way to share in the long-term success of Juno, at minimal upfront cost.

This means everyone at Juno is incentivised to think long term, and focus on doing the right thing for our clients – because that’s how we’ll build a valuable, long-lasting firm that’s trusted by everyone.
